The Role:

FinXL is looking to engage a Operational Support Services Officer.

Required skills and experience:

Management skills for overseeing and coordination of a support team in relation to incident and problem management;

Proven client relationship management and able to translate technical issues into clear business English;

Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures;

Practical knowledge of Configuration, Asset, Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL V4 practices);

Practical knowledge of Monitoring, Event and Service level Management implementation (ITIL V4 practices);

Knowledge management (ITIL V4 practices), and;

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas

Previous experience in an Incident and Problem Management role;

Previous experience in a team leadership support role;

Experience within High Priority Incident management;

5 years + experience within the Defence Industry and hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT and ITIL responsibilities; and

5 years + experience within the ITIL Framework.
