The Company

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Analyst to join a E2E process design team, breaking down processes into more detail and also producing level 1-4 work instructions.

You will;

• Have a strong background of facilitation workshops in a large complex environment
• Be responsible for capturing, documenting, communicating specialist business process requirements
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
• Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and corresponding IT support teams
• Possess strong Visio skills, (and if you have experience with Signavio that would be an added bonus)
