FinXL is seeking two high-performing Program Managers (Delivery focused) to join our consulting team and deploy to a leading Telco client. The overarching goal is to de-risk and uplift capability across internal delivery teams by leading complex, high-stakes regulatory and compliance programs within a large-scale portfolio. Specifically, these positions focus on financial hardship and domestic violence standards, requiring candidates to genuinely transform the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing $3M+ end-to-end programs, tracking budgets, and establishing strong governance across diverse stakeholder groups. Candidates must possess high emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive topics, alongside advanced skills in agile and waterfall delivery, financial management, and tools like Jira and PPM Pro.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory and customer experience programs

• Define program scope, deliverables, and success criteria with business owners

• Develop delivery schedules, managing dependencies, risks, and issues proactively

• Manage program financials and budgets across engagements valued at $3M+

• Establish and run effective governance structures and steering committees

• Ensure compliance with financial hardship and family violence standards

• Manage change advisory compliance and ensure effective operational handover

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven track record delivering complex programs end-to-end in large organisations

• Strong background in Waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery methodologies

• Experience with delivery tooling including Jira, PPM Pro, and Microsoft Project

• Advanced stakeholder leadership and ability to influence up to C-suite level

• Strong financial management capability across Capex and Opex programs

• Previous experience navigating sensitive regulatory compliance standards

• High emotional intelligence with a natural problem-solving and ownership mindset
