The Project:

Our Client is required to meet the requirements of its regulators with processing payments transactions, including authorisation, clearing and reporting. This project has been established to deliver the non-negotiable compliance work each year


The Role:
The program expects again to have 40+ production implementations in the financial year with this role leading technical implementation on 50% of these releases

Position duties / requirements may include, but not be limited to;
• Successful Project Delivery on fixed date
• Manage compilation and approval of requirements
• Identify, document and manage related risks and issues
• Proactively manage the dependency with other projects/areas, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Track and report on progress & milestones
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Comply with the nab implementation standards and process.
• Develop, track and execute delivery and implementation strategy/approach and Implementation Plan
• Manage compilation and approval of requirements
• Identify, document and manage related risks and issues
• Proactively manage the dependency with other projects/areas, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Track and report on progress & milestones
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.


It is preferred that the successful applicant possess;
Non-technical skillset -
• Project management in complex stakeholder environment
• People Management,
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• High quality report writing, Strong communication
• Ability to influence stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple tasks


Technical skillset -

• Expert at Risk Management & Issue resolution
• Financial Services and payments processing background
  Business understanding of card payments landscape
• Technically minded with a high level understanding of technology delivery and systems testing  processes and standards
• Acquiring & Cards knowledge is desirable
• Demonstrated stakeholder management & people management experience
• Prior exposure/work experience of PIN Audit/Security related projects will be beneficial/desired
• Experience in Payment systems
