We are currently seeking a Part time Project Co-ordinator to join our consulting practice and to be deployed within a leading Financial organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in PMO Co-ordination and in Project delivery support
  • Experience with PPM-Altus and core project management tools, including maintaining plans, schedules and reporting artefacts.
  • Experience in finance management capability especially MS Project resourcing -allocations-resource charging, tracking actuals vs forecast, producing tracking dashboards at resource level, and managing to budget.
  • Experience in creating SteerCo packs and producing minutes.
  • Competence with AI tools to drive efficiency
  • Experience utilizing AI for efficiency and administrative tasks including applying AI for documentation and administration
  • Experience utilizing AI in creating and maintaining plans, schedules, reporting artefacts, streamlining PMO processes and improving data quality
  • Experience in Jira including managing tickets, road-maps, dependencies, RAID items, and follow-ups with delivery teams.
