FinXL is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise ICT infrastructure and digital initiatives. This role is critical for managing a major modernisation activity involving the transition of an existing SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee digital initiatives including the modernisation and conversion of the SAP ECC6 landscape to SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage the delivery of shared Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services across multiple government entities.
• Lead the implementation of new gateways and the migration of various services to cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans, identifying critical paths and key technical dependencies.
• Contribute to project governance activities, responding to stakeholder enquiries and ensuring delivery against approved schedules.

Highly Desirable Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing the SAP ERP platform and related digital transformation activities.
• Proven track record in managing ICT infrastructure and digital technology projects within the Federal Government.
• Specific experience in the delivery of new gateways and migrating services to the cloud.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, technical leads, and broad industry stakeholders to build trust and deliver outcomes.
• High-level capability in producing accurate project, technical, and governance documentation within tight timeframes.
