Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a proactive and holistic approach is taken across all aspects of Building Engineering Services including and not limited to;
• Air Conditioning Plant.
• AC Power Infrastructure - Incoming Mains, Main Switchboards, Distribution Boards (including provision to DC power systems), Lighting and Emergency Power Plants.
• Fire Protection and Detection.
• Building works - including building and demolishing projects
• Data centre fitout

To be successful in this role you bring have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with several years experience
• Experience in construction management
• * Experience in telecommunication industry
• * Experience in Building engineering services (Electrical, Mechanical and/or Essential Safety compliance).
• * Sound knowledge of the structure, purpose and network establishment process of Network Facilities and Data Centres.
• * Flexibility to travel to regional customer sites on occasion
• * A can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• * Highly-adaptable skill-set, and the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders

This is a Melbourne based organisation, but candidates are able to work from anywhere in AU (Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Darwin, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Geelong, Newcastle, Adelaide).
