Outstanding opportunity for a Prospecting Specialist to play crucial role in acting as the leading SME in prospecting and leads generation for sales channels.

·         Digital E-Commerce Experience

·         Knowledge in Salesforce and Adobe

·         Agile + JIRA Experience a must

·         Sales experience/minded is highly desirable

The role will involve a range of duties including the following: 

·         Develop and maintain tracking and reporting frameworks

·         Lead key initiatives for driving more sales via prospecting and leads availability and generation 

·         Works alongside the Prospect Senior specialist, Experience Owners and product owners to ensure alignment and consistency inside the wider team

·         Work across all sales channels to deliver a consistent customer experience for their respective prospecting and sales initiatives 

·         Collaborate with other Optimise and Capability team members to ensure the journey is ‘connected’ and seamlessly working

·         Develop and embed Agile work practices across the team

·         Use agile/lean practices to deliver incremental and valuable customer and business outcomes

In order to ensure success within this role the Prospecting Specialist will need to bring the following skills and experience:        

·         Previous experience managing technology delivery - agile methodologies preferred (mandatory)

·         Experience in designing and delivering great digital experiences, including a deep understanding of digital capabilities, methods and technologies (mandatory)

·         Experience in owning and delivering digital marketing and personalisation

·         Experience in presenting to large audiences at Executive level and have messages delivered in an efficient way

·         Experience working in program and project environments for a minimum of 3 years

·         Experience in developing and executing strategy

·         Experience influencing senior stakeholders – internal and external
