We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Role Purpose:

Ensure quality of service meets worldclass expectations in terms of: performance, coding standards, test automation, self-healing etc etc.


  • Dedicated testing work done by third parties (the amount of work, timing, output quality expectations etc) within broader vendor contracts and service expectations.
  • Effort estimates and actuals to deliver stories / features.
  • Driving continuous improvement in software quality including automated testing coverage (towards 100%).
  • Setting quality standards and expectations of all code outputs delivered by the service (from any engineer).
  • Ensuring quality improvements and needs are included in feature / story acceptance criteria.
  • Monitoring code quality in real-time.
  • Managing transition from outsourced manual and/or assisted testing to automated/real time/hands-off testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical domain (eg business subject matter, technology and/or tools, vendor/package) Expertise.
  • Agile software development practices.
  • DevOps capabilities.
  • Testing standards, tooling, automation.
  • APIs, microservices.
