Our client, a large North Sydney based telecommunications organisation, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant.
• Work with the Strategy, Product & Performance team
• Gather user requirement and transform them into Salesforce processes
• Involved in testing and documentation
• Conduct trainings
Who you are
You will have the following skills/experience
• Salesforce business skills to assist with CRM program
• Strong Salesforce Business Capability
• Experience synthesising requirements into Salesforce processes
• Experience with testing, documentation and training
• Strong stakeholder management skills
