FinXL IT is seeking a Scrum Master to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive squads forward to ensure project delivery milestones are met

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retros, and planning

• Manage project delivery within the Cloud Platforms portfolio

• Coordinate tasks across database and storage project streams

• Adapt to team needs by assisting beyond core Scrum Master duties

• Maintain team focus and momentum under pressure

• Foster a high-performing and collaborative squad culture

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments

• Ability to drive and motivate technical squads

• Highly adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Exceptional composure and ability to remain calm under pressure

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with Cloud, Database, or Storage projects is highly regarded

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector

What's On Offer?

• Initial 12 months' contract, with a view to extend

• Located in Brisbane City (preference) OR Sydney CBD
