The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a HR or Finance background. You will report to the Corporate Services Technology Partner and will play a key role in the initiation and shaping activities during the ideation and evaluation phases.

This will be a permanent role.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Facilitate shaping activities including business case, problem statement definition, project goals and scope boundaries
• Analyse system capabilities against business requirements and integration needs
• Conduct analysis on critical business processes by way of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process mapping, user personas, story mapping, prioritisation and facilitate estimation
• Collaborate with business users, team members and other technical teams across SEEK to document and transform business requirements into sound and fit-for-purpose end-to-end business solutions
• Facilitate business solution design workshops, including delivery of outputs and solution/integration recommendations

Must have:

• Experience in ERP delivery within a BA capacity
• Strong HR Process knowledge
• Great communication skills

Remuneration

• $150k-170k including Super experience dependant
