FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Teleco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business and system requirements

• Analyse current-state applications and platforms to identify automation gaps

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

• Support delivery of IT transformation, system upgrades, and integrations

• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable solution design

• Develop complex process models, data flows, and future-state designs

• Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and drive stakeholder alignment

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments, ideally in the telecommunications industry

• Strong experience across IT systems, platforms, or OSS/BSS

• Background in process automation, system integration, or application delivery

• Ability to translate business needs into technical system documentation

• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and process modelling techniques

• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

• Exposure to network domains such as broadband, IP, or mobile (desirable)
