The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Change Manager with Banking Code of Practice and Prosci/ADKAR experience to work for a large Sydney CBD based Financial Services organisation.

Who you are

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience implementing tactical & strategic changes
• End to end change management experience
• Experience implementing potential system changes / improvements
• Strong background in Stakeholder engagement (front line staff & branch & phone staff & lenders)
• Experience in customer care - retail process changes
• Banking experience in a large complex environment
• Banking Code of Practice experience
• Prosci / ADKAR certified
