FinXL is seeking multiple Senior OpenShift Software Engineers to provide technical leadership and high-level software development expertise within a dynamic team environment. This role is focused on architecting and maintaining robust CI/CD frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, modern digital services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software designs, provide specialist technical advice, and mentor team members to ensure engineering standards are met.
• Implement, maintain, and optimise automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex software solutions, including prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance.
• Manage containerisation and orchestration technologies, including multi-cluster infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in cloud platforms with extensive experience in containerisation and orchestration technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience with CI/CD tooling and version control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Programming/Software Development, Release and Deployment, and Systems Integration and Build.
• Ability to design complex systems and software components while balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
