We are looking for several Sr. Project Analysts as part of a highly skilled team of consultants working in our Tier 1 Client in Melbourne CBD.
You will be assigned in to one of our clients many project portfolios encompassing digital initiatives and revolutionary payment systems. You will likely be exposed to many up to date technologies which you can built on to your current development skills sets and experience.
This role will be within our enterprise client’s IT Digital Services projects developing digital customer UI, business systems and applications.
About the Role:
This role supports the Regulatory (Reg) Portfolio Delivery function.
Manage and Report Portfolio Financials
Support Portfolio Project Managers with the monthly forecasting process using relevant tools and ongoing maintenance of forecast where required
Review, monitor and track Monthly and YTD Portfolio view of costs
Reconciliation & variance analysis
Coaching Project Resources on variance minimisation
Liaison with Projects, CDC and Project Accounting to prepare monthly financial reporting and commentary
Produce monthly LT Dashboard Reporting
Project Health, Risk, Issue, Change & Dependency Management
Monthly and ad hoc project health, risk, issues, change and dependencies Quality Assurance reviews driving ongoing management
Ensure that minimum standards of data quality are adhered to across the portfolio and implement uplift activities where appropriate
Planning and continuous improvement
Actively participate in the development of ongoing planning priorities
Actively own, manage and deliver operating uplift activities
