FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Automation to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 6 months contract in Norwest.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent automation, DevOps, and workflow orchestration initiatives.
- Establish and maintain rigorous delivery discipline, project plans, schedules, and governance reporting.
- Facilitate key technical walkthroughs and design workshops between engineering teams and business units.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks surrounding CI/CD pipeline security and data integrity.
- Oversee the delivery of modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and API-led integration platforms.
- Coordinate external vendors and strategic system integrators to ensure alignment with program milestones.
Key Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of proven technology project management experience delivering large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated success leading DevOps transformations, automation initiatives, or complex system integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience managing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects.
- Deep understanding of enterprise CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Prior experience working within a highly regulated environment such as banking or financial services.
- Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical engineering and banking operations.
