FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Automation to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 6 months contract in Norwest.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent automation, DevOps, and workflow orchestration initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous delivery discipline, project plans, schedules, and governance reporting.
  • Facilitate key technical walkthroughs and design workshops between engineering teams and business units.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks surrounding CI/CD pipeline security and data integrity.
  • Oversee the delivery of modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and API-led integration platforms.
  • Coordinate external vendors and strategic system integrators to ensure alignment with program milestones.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of proven technology project management experience delivering large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading DevOps transformations, automation initiatives, or complex system integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Prior experience working within a highly regulated environment such as banking or financial services.
  • Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical engineering and banking operations.
