FinXL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Test Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce releases.

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for CI/CD pipelines.

• Verify complex Salesforce configurations including Flows and Apex.

• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.

• Work closely with developers and BAs to ensure timely resolution.

• Validate data migrations and integrations with external databases.

• Ensure compliance with government data privacy and accuracy standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Software Testing with 3+ years in Salesforce.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and security models.

• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Provar.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and fast-paced sprint cycles.

• Familiarity with government compliance and accessibility standards.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB certification.

• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman.
