The Role:
FinXL is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a long-term engagement with a leading banking client. You will champion Design Thinking methodologies & Activities and will be a critical player in a collaborative scrum team. The client is looking for someone equipped with a growth mindset, someone who is willing to see what's always been done and find ways to significantly improve it.

What Skills and experience are we looking for?
* 4+ years of professional experience in a Human Centred Design role
* Solid experience in designing for web experiences
* Solid experience in working embedded in a scrum team
* Strong emotional intelligence - Knowing how to build and maintain
* relationships is a key success factor for this role
* Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude
* Strong verbal, written communication and storytelling skills
