We are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager for a 6 month contract with possibility for extension located on the Inner North side of Brisbane.

The day-to-day duties of this role include:

• Provide an escalation point for service issues (both customer and internal)
• Ensure that service delivery is monitored effectively and that actions to maintain or improve levels of service and reduce risk are identified and implemented
• Ensure that operational methods, procedures, facilities, and tools are established, reviewed, and maintained
• Manage the lifecycle of technologies and products, including preparation of proposals to meet forecast changes in technology and the levels or types of services.
• Assist in the management of the NQDL budget, related contracts, minor works and BAU activities
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the provision of services
• Provide subject matter input to the development and renewal service plans
• Build partnerships within ITB and with its customers to support the delivery of services.
• Other duties as required.
• The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators to maintain.
• Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
