The Role- Help desk Analyst-Contact Centre

We are looking for multiple Help Desk Consultants for our Enterprise client in Sydney

Skills & experience required:

  • Contact Centre/Help Desk experience
  • Experience dealing w/clients- solving issues, navigating client to products
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Experience in government, Telco or financial services
  • Ability to pick up things
