The Role- Help desk Analyst-Contact Centre
We are looking for multiple Help Desk Consultants for our Enterprise client in Sydney
Skills & experience required:
- Contact Centre/Help Desk experience
- Experience dealing w/clients- solving issues, navigating client to products
- Good IT knowledge
- Experience in government, Telco or financial services
- Ability to pick up things
You need to be:
