Job Description
The Service Desk Engineer will strive to provide outstanding phone plus face to face IT support to external customers and internal staff within the organisation.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional customer service/ including brilliant phone mannerism
- Experience taking first line phone calls, resolving what you can and escalating to the next level within a timely manor.
- ITIL Certified
- Active Directory
- Ticketing System Experience (Service Now)
- 0365
