We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB - CSDM Architect to be responsible for defining the structural foundation and aligning the Configuration Management Database- CMDB to the Common Service Data Model - CSDM.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect with ITOM, CMDB & CSDM.
• Proven experience leading CMDB remediation and data quality uplift programs
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture principles and Technology Portfolio Management.
• Experience designing or implementing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management - HAM and ServiceNow's Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities.
• Experience designing an ongoing governance model, including Data Certification schedules, CMDB Data Manager policies (retire/archive lifecycles) and CI health metrics.
