FinXL IT is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a key transformation engagement. This role is responsible for the administration and configuration of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with government regulatory requirements. Due to the nature of the project, candidates MUST be an Australian Citizen to apply, and be eligible to obtain a Baseline Clearance OR NV1 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Enterprise ServiceNow instance, including user management, roles, and platform health.

  • Perform day-to-day administration across ITSM and TSOM modules following platform governance.

  • Configure and support Flow Designer workflows to automate business processes.

  • Support and administer Now Assist to enable AI-driven virtual agents and operational efficiencies.

  • Ensure platform configurations align with enterprise security and government compliance standards.

  • Maintain system performance and data integrity across production and non-production environments.

  • Partner with Service Bridge teams and stakeholders to support catalog builds and integrations.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Due to the nature of the project, candidates MUST be an Australian Citizen to apply, and be eligible to obtain or hold a Baseline Clearance OR NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in an enterprise-scale environment.

  • Strong knowledge of core administration including tables, forms, and workflows.

  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Flow Designer.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade cycles.

  • Experience with AI-enabled capabilities (Now Assist) or Service Bridge is highly regarded.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related micro-certifications are desirable.
