FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.


FinXL is looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow Manual Tester for one of our tier 1 infrastructure and ICT services clients on an initial (6) month engagement. This role will be responsible for ServiceNow testing documentation and strategy for client deployment.


ServiceNow Tester & Documenter

  • Work within the testing team on ServiceNow deployment across large client base.
  • Assess if proper testing considerations have been taken.
  • Assist in developing a best-practice ServiceNow test phase lifecycle for client deployment.
  • Assist in developing testing tool framework.


Experience Required

  • ServiceNow experience preferable
  • Service Management (ITSM) experience required
  • Ability to work in a DevOps model and create Test Cases from 360 degree discussions rather than User Stories.
  • Automation experience would be beneficial.
  • Test Rail experience would be beneficial.
  • JIRA experience mandatory.
  • Self-driven with ability to work with little direction.
  • Experience in System/AT testing, SIT & UAT.
  • Both technical and functional.
