We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to join our team who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

About the role:

The project will transition the IBM Service catalogue and TEOS catalogue and key eForms into the ServiceNow catalogue. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of development experience in Service Portal, Pages and Service Portal Widgets.
  • Excellent Experience in Scripting;
  • Experience in Angular JS & Bootstrap;
  • Configuration of Service Catalogue items with appropriate workflows, notifications and fulfilment tasks enabled;  
  • Assist with the automation and orchestration of Knowledge Base or Catalogue items, implementation within ServiceNow;
  • Assist with solutioning, remediation of issues and fixes during test cycles;
  • Assist with the integration of ServiceNow into internal systems.
  • Previous experience with development and configuration of Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base functionality within large scale projects;
  • Preferred - Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Assistant functionality
