FinXL IT is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Re-engineer and rebuild legacy SharePoint 2016 custom applications (C#) and workflows (Nintex) into SharePoint Online.

• Implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate within the Power Platform environment.

• Interpret user stories and requirements provided by technical BAs to re-create complex business logic.

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for ShareGate migration support.

• Troubleshoot migration errors, resolve technical blockers, and guide the migration team.

• Utilise PnP PowerShell and SharePoint PowerShell to automate tasks and manage configurations.

• Participate actively in 2-week sprints, collaborating closely with testers to validate solutions.

Requirements

• Experienced SharePoint Developer with deep knowledge of SharePoint 2016 on-prem and SharePoint Online.

• Extensive commercial experience developing custom solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Ability to read and understand C# and Nintex Workflows to facilitate logic translation.

• Proficiency in SharePoint PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting.

• Demonstrated experience with the ShareGate migration tool, specifically for error resolution and analysis.

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical counterparts.
