Required Experience and Skills:

• Must have 10+ years of experience out of which 4 years must be as a designer/architect.
• Must have prior design experience on SAP-HR
• Experience in Regulatory and Risk reporting is preferred.
• Experience with the design of Data Models, Free Forms, and reports based on Regulatory Report Requirements.
• Understanding the Functional documents and working with BA/Users to ensure adherence to solution design.
• Contribute on behalf of the Technology Team in the design/architecture discussions.
• Experience with Data warehousing / PL SQL is required.
• Good experience in Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehousing.
• Understanding and exposure to cloud concepts, preferably AWS
• A self-driven individual working with tight time lines
