The Role- Solution Designer X2

FINXL Consulting is hiring 2 Solution Designers for one of its enterprise clients based in CBD.

You will be working on a large program for our financial services client.

This project is focused on improving customer outcome and uplifting operational processes via simplification, leading edge technology supporting call centre staff and creating an effective working-from-home option for operations staff based in Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage functional, technical requirements alongside architecture documents .
• Generate detailed solution design documents
• Provide E2E traceability to enable the build of required solutions.
• Support of detailed IT estimation process
• Work closely with Scrum Masters/Project Manager to prioritise user stories is pivotal to this role.

What the client is looking for:

• Experience in secured and unsecured lending
• OCR technologies- Digital platform
• Oracle Banking Platform and workflow orchestration tools highly regarded.
• Banking, Insurance or Telco background
