Solution Architect - ServiceNow HRSD with a leading banking client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Solution Architect - ServiceNow HRSD to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 6+ months contract in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and governance for a large-scale HRSD environment.
• Conduct deep-dive instance health checks and data schema reviews.
• Author comprehensive Technical Design Documents and a 3-year strategic transformation roadmap.
• Oversee the architecture of one-way data syncs between PeopleSoft and ServiceNow.
• Govern offshore development teams through rigorous code reviews and technical "Show & Tells".
• Define secure authentication protocols and standardize REST API frameworks with security teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Lead Architect on large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Deep experience integrating ServiceNow with HCM platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP.
• Expert knowledge of Scoped Applications, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and CSDM.
• Strong ability to manage technical debt and drive alignment toward out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience working in a Hybrid Agile model governing offshore delivery performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical debt into business risk.

Engagement Details

• 6+ months contract with a leading banking client.
• Hybrid working model with 3 days/ week in the office in Sydney CBD.
