We are looking for several Sr. Business Analysts as part of a highly skilled team of consultants working in our Tier 1 Client in Melbourne CBD.
You will be assigned in to one of our clients many project portfolios encompassing digital initiatives and revolutionary payment systems. You will likely be exposed to many up to date technologies which you can built on to your current development skills sets and experience.
This role will be within our enterprise client’s IT Digital Services projects developing digital customer UI, business systems and applications.
Requirements analysis: Elicit, prioritise, validate, manage and communicate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution validation: Review and validate solution design and solution specifications against business requirements. Evaluate implemented solutions against operational acceptance criteria.
Testing support: Collaborate with testers to ensure full understanding of business requirements, comprehensive, risk-based test coverage, and prompt defect resolution.
Business assurance: Ensure all work undertaken is discoverable by internal and external parties. Work with event owners to assess and resolve risk events. Collaborate with project management to identify and mitigate project risks.
Risk and compliance: Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
Required skills and experience:
Domain knowledge of corporate super, pensions and group insurance: products, business processes, the regulatory environment and legal principles are MUST.
Working knowledge of contemporary business analysis methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
Practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies and governance practices.
