Technical Content Writer

• IMMEDIATE START
• 3 MONTH ENGAGEMENT
• WORKING ON HR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Coordinate digital content writing and delivery for the Training and Support Stream of a large scale HR Digital Transformation Program.
A priority initiative for HR, this program of work aims to transition from current HRIS core systems and bespoke solutions to a fully integrated core and vanilla HR Digital Platform known as Workday. This integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) platform will serve as the single employee lifecycle platform across all our client’s business’ and geographies in line with their strategy to move toward Digitisation and simplifying our processes.
This role will be the key contributor to all communication content for the HR Digital Transformation program. The prime measurement will be the ability to gain cut through with relevant communication and the contribution to the adoption of the new technology and new ways of working.

• Work collaboratively across the learning streams of the Workday program to deliver and promote content based on stakeholder needs
• Writing well-researched content with originality, technicality and creativity to meet stakeholders expectations
• Diligent attention to detail and consistency in writing
• Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
• Previous experience in content writing
• Ability to communicate in a detailed, concise and informative manner
• Self-starter and self-organising would be advantageous
Key Accountabilities
• Provide front-line support for the digital transformation program, including testing and implementation to enhance digital content for the project and its deliverable.
• Work collaboratively across the enterprise to deliver and promote content based on stakeholder needs
• Manage digital content implementation to meet delivery schedule
• Support initiatives of continuous improvements in digital content solutions for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain internal communication page for capture of content and key updates relating to the HR Digital transformation project

Qualifications/Experiences
Essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of content creation
• Ability to write for social media
• Motivated self-starter who understands there is always a story to tell
• Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams
Highly desirable
• 3-5 years’ experience in content or communications
• Strong writing, editing and interviewing skills and a background in writing copy at pace, adhering to style guides, templates and other compliance tools.
