Finite are seeking experienced military Technical Trainers to join our client and help deliver a wide range of tailored training materials for their Defence program.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining training packages, whilst ensuring alignment with customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of a multitude of training products, inclusive of: Interactive Computer Based Training (CBT), Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) Instructor Guides, Student Guides, and other multimedia training products
• Manage the maintenance and delivery of user training and documents
• Collaborate with organisational stakeholders to define a suitable training approach and lesson content map
• Analyse staff training needs in order to develop training programmes that enhance their know-how, skills

Skills & Experience

• Have completed a CertIV or Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Previous experience training experience in a military environment
• Experience in developing computer aided or interactive instruction
• demonstrated organisations skills and the ability to take ownership of the role
• Hold an active NV1 security clearance (Baseline will be considered)
