Finite are working with their partners to assist Defence and Industry in delivering some the most advanced, critical and complex acquisition programs in our nation's history. As a result of continued success and trust; we are seeking Defence engineers with test and evaluation experience to work on a UAS acquisition project.

In this engineering lead position. You be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Provide technical engineering advice to T&E and systems engineering artefacts across the program
• Manage and deliver T&E artefact, relating to the Defence capability life cycle (CLC)
• Develop and manage TEMP and T&E plans, including evaluation and analysis reporting
• Perform systems engineering support
• Develop, implement and undertake compliance reviews of policies and procedures

To progress in this opportunity. We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary Engineering degree - Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, etc
• Minimum of 8 years Defence engineering experience
• Demonstrated Defence systems engineering and test and evaluation experience; preferably within CASG environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence stakeholder decisions
• Candidates must hold an active Defence NV1 security clearance
