Our client is a leading global technology research and advisory firm and are currently seeking a Transaction Procurement Specialist to support their Defence client in their sourcing activities.

You will form part of procurement team and assist in the development and post contract documentation, including reports and complex procurement documentation.

It is essential you will need to be confident in authoring and assurance of such documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of complex procurement reports and associated artefacts
• Support and assist the preparation of post PFT documentation
• Provide status reports on procurement activities
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Provide support to business stakeholders, commercial branch and procurement organisations

Skills & Experience

We welcome applications from Consultants who demonstrate:

• Bachelor degree in a legal, commercial, technical or scientific field (MBA/MS or other advanced degree is desirable)
• Must have 5-10 years of recent procurement experience, with a sound understanding of ICT sourcing activities
• Experience with large-scale organisation ICT sourcing
• Minimum Defence security clearance of Baseline or higher
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a complex multi-stakeholder environment
