Overview

Currently, customers can't manage, view or track details of their existing bank guarantees and fees. To obtain this information, they need to contact their banker/associate who will manually generate pdf reports for each bank guarantee facility.

Goal
The goal of the project is to provide customers with:

• Visibility of their existing bank guarantee facilities and outstanding bank guarantees
• Ability to manage, view or track details of their existing bank guarantees and fees
