FinXL is seeking an Associate Business Analyst (Digital/Customer Journey) to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements

• Work with business owners and delivery teams to shape requirements

• Translate business needs into fit-for-purpose artefacts and process maps

• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early to guide decisions

• Ensure alignment between strategy, operational reality, and technology

• Own problems through the full lifecycle from discovery to solution delivery

• Support adoption of change, including handover and post-implementation support

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or Associate BA role

• Proven self-starter with strong business acumen and sound judgement

• Ability to engage credibly with stakeholders and influence outcomes

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex tasks

• Analytical, outcome-driven problem solver with a bias for action

• Collaborative team player who lifts overall delivery standards

• Experience within digital, customer journey, or banking environments
