We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Business Process Analyst to join a major organisational transformation program. The successful candidate will excel in bridging the gap between current state operations and future strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the global process framework.

Qualifications:

• Process Business Analyst background
• Experience in Process Analysis & Mapping, including 'as-is' & 'to-be' Operational Model process mapping - Level 3-5
• Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures - SOPs
• Experience in Jira for managing requirements, user stories, and process-related tasks.
• Experience in Agile methodologies & how process analysis fits into the transformation lifecycle.
• Experience with process mapping tools -Visio, Lucidchart
• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
