About the Role

As the Project Scheduler, you will be central to the planning and delivery of a key regulatory program. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery across a complex portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with program timelines and milestones.

• Progress Monitoring: Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to track progress, flag risks, and recommend mitigations for delays.

• Conflict Resolution: Identify scheduling conflicts early and work proactively with teams to resolve them without derailing delivery.

• Reporting & Analysis: Generate schedule reports, variance analysis, and insights to support decision-making at both project and program levels.

• Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of scheduling practices and resource allocation strategies across the program.
