FinXL is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Test Lead / Consultant for an initial 3-month contract engagement (with potential extensions) with one of our key infrastructure clients. This role will play a key part in supporting the integration of a specialist third-party recruitment platform, into SAP SuccessFactors.

While the integration and testing execution (manual/UAT) will be handled by the third party, you will be responsible for designing and delivering test scripts to support the internal testing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test scripts to support recruitment process workflows

• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors to gather integration and testing requirements

• Assist in UAT planning and ensure full test coverage and traceability

• Translate business processes into testable scenarios and outcomes

• Support documentation and QA activities across the testing lifecycle
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in recruitment or talent acquisition modules

• Proven expertise in test script design and test planning

• Solid understanding of system integration and data flow across recruitment platforms

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, including vendor coordination and business SME interaction

• Exposure to manual testing and UAT environments within large enterprise settings
