Join Our Team as an Associate Systems Analyst - Linux and Windows to work on-site and remotely for a large organisation.

This role would suit candidates embarking on an IT Systems Analyst career wanting to extend and develop their IT Support/Administration skills in supporting and triaging network and system incidents across our production Windows and Linux environments.

Key Skills & Experience

• Understanding of Windows Server operating systems- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Experience in Linux operating systems- RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu and basic command-line operations.
• Experience in networking concepts- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology- Computer Science or related field
• Entry-level certifications - CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+
• Experience with IT Service Management - ITSM tools - ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk
• Experience in - Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana
• Basic scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash
• Experience in virtualization concepts -VMware, Hyper-V
