We're currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to support critical business and technology transformation initiatives for a major enterprise in the insurance sector.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and embedding organisational and technology change across complex environments. You'll work across both business and IT domains to ensure readiness, engagement, and successful adoption of new systems, structures, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing change strategies and business readiness plans

• Managing organisational and functional change initiatives

• Supporting technology change enablement for enterprise tools and platforms

• Conducting stakeholder engagement and impact assessments

• Leading change communications and training delivery

• Aligning with enterprise PMO, project teams, and change governance frameworks

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager in enterprise-scale environments

• Strong expertise across organisational change, user adoption, and business readiness

• Demonstrated ability to support both business-led and IT-led change programs

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills

• Experience within the insurance or financial services sector (highly desirable)

• Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR (preferred)
