Intro

FinXL is seeking a Cloud Program Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement.

• Lead and oversee large-scale cloud projects, managing multiple teams for tier 1 enterprise and public sector organizations.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial sales discussions through to delivery and formal close-out.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope by actively tracking progress and mitigating risks.

• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and partners.

• Drive project hygiene and accuracy across all internal systems.

• 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation projects in large-scale enterprise and government environments.

• Proven experience in technical domains such as Cloud Infrastructure, application modernization, and data analytics.

• At least 5 years of experience delivering cloud migration projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

• Skilled in program management, client service, or management consulting.

• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) like Jira, Asana, or SmartSheet.

• Must hold current NV1 Clearance
