FinXL IT is seeking a Technical Lead/Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed designs and delivery of infrastructure technology solutions

• Lead technical discussions and provide authoritative guidance on systems integration

• Manage project definition, approach, and facilitation for medium-scale projects

• Monitor project costs, timelines, quality, and resource budgets

• Drive system integration and build capabilities including automation and CI

• Act as a single point of contact for stakeholder engagement and communications

• Facilitate business decision-making processes and disseminate technical information

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience providing technical leadership for infrastructure development teams

• Strong background in creating option papers and liaising with banking stakeholders

• Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and SAN/Hitachi Storage environments

• Familiarity with security tools such as Safeguard, RSA, Venafi, and Tidal

• Experience with monitoring and automation (Elastic Stack, AppDynamics, Puppet)

• Proficiency in managing SQL Server and PRTG/Spectrum environments

• Demonstrated ability in project management, risk assessment, and change control
