FinXL is seeking an experieced IT Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a major tranformation project, migrating all applications to cloud.

Responsibilities

• This role sits in the engineering team, and will lead the planning, execution, and review of program increments and sprints.
• Support and coach cross-functional teams to remove delivery impediments.
• Manage communication with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities to optimise delivery practices and ways of working.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies to support program oversight.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams.
• Drive the delivery of cloud infrastructure and security-focused initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

Non-negotiable:

• Experience working in cloud infrastructure projects, and a deep technical understanding of AWS OR Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Must be able to start immediately OR within 2 weeks of notice.
• Proven experience as a Poject Coordinator, with iteration management experience.
• Ability to manage complex programs and prioritise work effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience in embedding new ways of working and team coaching.
