Sydney CBD based and Work from home - hybrid
6- 12 Months + contract

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst with ServiceNow to join a Service Management Transformation Program.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or ITSM SME
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
- Experience defining, improving, and operationalising ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and SACM
- Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow including data model, workflows & configuration
- Experience translating process requirements into ServiceNow configuration needs; work closely with developers and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation
- Familiarity with regulatory and risk management considerations - e.g. APRA CPS 230 compliance
- Experience working in Agile delivery environment
- Background in IT Service Management and Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Experience facilitating UAT and support transition to BAU for new process implementations
