FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to join our team and support a high-priority project with one of our major insurance clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced initiative within a well-established team, delivering quality solutions across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of data and back-end systems

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other testers

• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through effective testing strategies

• Write test scripts using SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages

• Work with DBT (Data Build Tool) and large datasets to validate transformations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in general insurance, or financial services

• Strong database and/or back-end testing capabilities

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar for test scripting

• Familiarity with DBT and modern data platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
