We're currently partnering with a prestigious financial enterprise to engage a Junior Java Developer within their Regulatory Compliance division. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the development and maintenance of Java-based applications within a compliance and governance framework.

• Learning from senior developers and participating in solution design and system enhancements.

• Contributing to Agile ceremonies and working across the full SDLC with strong mentorship.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine features.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Java development within financial services or large enterprise environments.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset - your team will support your growth.

• Bonus points for familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, or working in Agile teams.
