FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Providing analysis to support the carriage of a number of projects
• Documenting requirements for technology and network transformation
• Contributing to the governance process for the program of work
• Applying Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles and frameworks
• Leveraging strong financial acumen in project analysis
• Engaging and managing a broad range of stakeholders effectively

Key Skills & Experience

• Due to the nature of the project, candidates must hold an NV1 security clearance
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, working on large, complex projects that involve multiple project streams
• Experience working within a Waterfall environment
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Adept at reading and understanding extensive contracts and assisting in eliciting requirements and deliverables.
• Experience handling large scopes of work, and working under significant pressure.
• Experience working with challenging stakeholders/customers - either in a team setting or one-on-one with a peer in the customer's organisation.
• Experience working/collaborating with program managers, project managers, schedulers, test managers, and technical resources
