About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective management of key third-party service providers. This position is part of a high-performing Data Services team that works across both Front Office and Operations. You will contribute to process improvements, support governance and compliance efforts, and assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure value delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update vendor market data in the Financial Inventory Tracking System (FITS).
Assist with the lifecycle of vendor payments: purchase orders, invoice validation, and receipting.
Support market data workflows and access enablement for internal users.
Assist with annual budgeting and perform financial analysis in partnership with finance teams.
Coordinate and support vendor governance activities, including contract execution and security assessments.
Help identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Assist with reporting and dashboard development to improve data visibility and decision-making.
Liaise across teams to support vendor enablement, renewals, and regulatory compliance efforts.
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of data, systems, and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); Power BI or Power Query experience is a plus.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the superannuation industry or financial services is desirable but not required.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a purpose-driven organisation that is shaping the future of retirement for millions of Australians.
Work with a supportive team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Hybrid working model that promotes work-life balance.
Exposure to strategic vendor management and investment data processes.
